Where do you get your property listings ?

We work closely with developers whose project sales are powered by MHub, a leading Malaysian proptech company to ensure that only genuine projects are listed here.

Are you a property agency?

rumahpertama.my is not a property agency and we work closely with property developers or their appointed master agents to showcase selected projects here. The developer or their approved property agencies may be in touch with you once you indicate that you are interested to find out more about a particular project.

How do I apply for any of the schemes shared such as Skim Rumah Pertamaku (SRP)?

For SRP please click this link to find out more. Many other government programmes such as MyHome and PR1MA requires pre-qualification and this can be done by visiting their respective official websites.
